Marita Stadick: Ugh, every time I hear that "statistic", I want to strangle the person that made it up (and the person in that one TV ad)...I know people who are incredibly stupid, book-wise, but have a lot of common sense and know everything there is to know about their chosen field. I also know people who are smart, book-wise, but can't carry on a decent conversation. College degrees are overrated, but sadly, necessary for most jobs, unless you already have money somehow and want to start your own business....Show more
