Cassidy Pangrazio: Sony and Microsoft have historically not allowed a consumer to upgrade their consoles, beyond the hard drive. The software and hardware are very restricted.
Vernon Martorana: You can upgrade only the Hard Drive, because consoles must have the same specs so developers can optimize their games on that specific platform.
Riley Migl: you can upgrade the hard drive for sure, I don't know about the rest..
Len Bormes: They don't want you fiddling with anything more than the hard drive. I would assume most of the components are on board. You aren't going to have a pci bus to swap in video cards like a pc. That would take too much space.
