Emile Midgley: as jingles said tell your mum of your fears and thoughts. just this act alone may stop the thoughts happening as you have brought them out into the open.You are 13 going through puberty no doubt many changes going on with hormones in your body so try not to worry it should pass soon.meanwhile keep yourself mentally occupied at all times, on your own watch a film read a book use diversion tactics to think nice thoughts like flowers, your favourite place and things.Good luck!...Show more
Shamika Schools: Seek help from a mental health professional. Tell your mum, I don't think you need to be specific about your thoughts, but let her know that you are having disturbing and sometimes violent thoughts. If she wants specifics, then tell her, she won't hate you and she will want you to get help. As far as worrying what is wrong, I have to ask, isn't what you are going through right now just as bad as anything you can imagine it could be if you were schizo! phrenic? At least if you are diagnosed, you will know for sure what is wrong and can be treated....Show more
