Giovanni Malool: No, love, but sensible eating most certainly is!Plenty of fresh fruit/salads/veg, wholemeal bread/pasta/cereals, small but good portions of whatever protein you use (ie meat or fish unless you're veggie, nuts if you can eat them, beans without sugary sauces, good cheese not processed, free-range eggs)Drink lots of water, proper fruit juice, no fizzy pop or cola.Take moderate exercise, whatever you feel happy with - sport, dancing, swimming, long walks, etc.Dieting doesn't work well, and is not good while your body is still building your bones.If you're seriously overweight, the doc should be keeping an eye on you.
