For me, it comes down to my rep...I spoken to serveral reps, but this one knows her product, knows in detail the services, and to me is well educated on the business. Other reps to me sound like they just want a sell and get you off the phone. My rep listens to you, tells you if something is not included or not offered. No BS. I believe her name is Pam.
